Pros

The main office is located in downtown New Haven, near some great restaurants and cafes Some talented staff put up with a lot

Cons

Just about everything else and it get worse by the day. Cogstate is toxic environment lead by a person that seems lost at best. For a small company it’s highly polarized. The health insurance they provide is very expensive and not very good. You have to pay for parking which gets expensive Low pay when compared against the market

Pros

Good environment - they provide you snacks and drink at my time and Friday bear time after 3 pm

Cons

Maybe due to the small size of the company, employee can be really gossip. I felt like I was in high school instead of work. Office politics is pretty bad. Compensation is pretty low (low then average in the area for the same position)
