Pros

Intention of product seemed promising.

Cons

Product never grew/adapted/progressed with modern times. Archaic. CEO and Board would have benefited from bringing in a brand new leadership/management team to replace the old mgmt/leaders. ESPECIALLY, with YOY revenue decline.

Pros

Company is full of very smart and engaged employees who are dedicated to simplify the measurement of cognitive decline to assist in the treatment of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease. Company has embraced work from home culture during pandemic and is now virtual first. Culture is high performing and fast paced, but also respectful of the need for balance. Good people, established scientific leadership, meaningful mission. Excellent benefits including generous vacation and 401k match

Cons

Can be fast paced environment
