Pros
Perfect environment for someone who thrives in a collaborative work environment and who is comfortable with constant evolution. If you show leadership, you are provided with plenty of opportunities to stretch. New leadership with extensive experience in clinical trials is making a positive impact. Fun vibe. Management is very flexible about working from home and personal leave to help employees maintain work-life balance. New systems have made communications and information sharing much better.
Cons
Rapid growth is causing some uncertainty in the Company's direction and operations. But, I think that just comes with the territory and things will shake out. Open office environment can be tough. It can get a little loud in some areas.
