      Hideous company, does not deserve 1 star.Hires people no medical experience for prior authorization intakes, which is a disaster all in itself! Disorganization every hr of every day. Priorities change in a heart beat and then everything else with quality suffers! Stay far away from this company!!!!

      The red flags were everywhere from the beginning but I said, let me give it a try. You are required to be on Zoom all day (no trust of employees). The leadership team is a bunch of people that used to wok together that now seem to head all of service operations.The leadership team has no idea what they are doing, they were all pretty much promoted from within without any mentoring or assessment of leadership skills. Intake Specialists are just numbbers.
