      I have been able to grow in my customer service skills here at Cohere.

      It can be a bit of a challenge learning the many things Cohere is about, but the challenge has been great!! Challenge is good! :D

      Pay is average, but it beats working bedside!

      Training provided if you have no experience in UM/UR Easy, stress free job Flexible scheduling Great work life balance

      Cons

      The pay is average, with no additional incentives for weekend or holiday shifts, nor any pay increases for PRN workers Zoom room during your shift (but this isn't the worst thing ever)

      Pros

      I enjoy the flexibility and accommodations if needed. Managers and supervisors are helpful, nice, and available if needed. Colleagues are helpful and nice as well. Overall, it's a nice work environment. I'm enjoying working with the company so far. PTO is competitive. I initially thought that being on Zoom camera all shift would be a con, but I find it to be rather supportive. I think of it as being in an office with cubicles. It's a ton to learn especially if utilization review is new path for you. The culture and diversity of the company is refreshing.

      Pay could be more competitive.
