      Pros

      Growth, Voluntary Time Off, PTO, Supervisors & Leadership is great, and they care. The atmosphere is professional but laid back. Health benefits start day one. Training was easy to follow, and help is just a click away literally

      Cons

      We are on zoom the whole shift minus breaks and lunch but even if you are on zoom it's just for support. I have been her for 2 months and have not found anything to think of as a con.

      Cohere lives up to its mission and walks the walk doesn’t just talk the talk. It is easy to see that Cohere breaks down silos by creating cross functional work streams so everyone involved is heard. Cohere has created a collaborative environment that puts people first.

      Growing company which results in a lot of meetings sometimes causing difficulty in finding the time to complete tasks.
