All the overtime you could ever want? Oh, and you’ll need it.

Cons

Management has no idea what they’re doing. Work is extremely repetitive and boring. Constant unrealistic expectations. You will get burned out, guaranteed. Extremely high turnover.

High variable interest debt load from merger with II-VI adversely affecting business

Great people at the works-site; technically challenging; team-oriented atmosphere

Cons

Unfortunately management took on variable interest debt during the II-VI merger and subsequently drastically underestimated the impact of Fed interest rate hikes. In addition the 2024 forecast was substantially down-graded resulting in drastic budget cuts & lay-offs company wide.
