      Pros

      Give good benefits for all non-contract employees.

      Cons

      Every department is run like Sales. It doesn't matter what your department does; if it doesn't make money for the company directly, it loses more budget for next year. Because of this, there is the constant push to work harder and harder even if it makes everyone miserable. Toxic work environment with a slew of terrible managers that will never be let go due to nepotism. Good, hard working people get pushed out of the company because of them and the whole place suffers for it.

      Bad management, poor vision, no customer oriented but just revenue oriented. It is a bank not a company. And it is also a toxic environment...

      Cons

      You could be fired at any moment. It is a continuous internal struggle for survival.
