Work-life balance can be tough at times, but nothing unexpected in investment banking.

Pros

Great people. Everyone is extremely intelligent and has superior backgrounds working in the space. Smaller, growing firm provides ample opportunity to take on responsibility right away and gain exposure to all aspects of the deal transaction process.

Cons

Typical demanding elite-IB hours, but if that isn't your thing you probably should pick a different profession. Specialized solely on renewable energy transactions.
