Pros

Flexibility schedule. Can choose to come in late and stay late or come in early and leave early as long as you get the work done. Or work from home if needed. Friendly working environment. Managers and partners do care if you actually learn stuff.

Cons

Make sure you negotiate your salary when you get in because otherwise you will find yourself way much underpaid...

Decent revenue growth means future expansion and the ability to compete with the big four.

Cons

Typical professional services cons - smaller bonuses, long hours, always working for someone else's equity, busy season is 365 days long in Advisory/Consulting, failure to appreciate personal life.
