Not a great bonus program - but I know its something the firm is planning to change

Communication was not always the best. Information would be shared via "word of mouth" vs conducting a meeting so that everyone was on the same page.

Great environment, strong partners, friendly, not much bs. Environment and salary can vary by the group you are working at (tax, advisory, audit, etc.).

Cons

Depends on the group you are working in. Audit - busy season hours. Consulting/advisory - hectic intense schedule, long hours but can be very flexible; good amount of travel.
