Pros

Good opportunities depending on the office you work and if you started out of college or not. Excellent factory mentality and if your head is in that space you can be a manager in 5 years.

Cons

Lots of office politics in some regions where other offices seem to function normally. Diversity of industries of work is largely regional. Work can get moved from one office to another based on client relationships. Generally run very understaffed intentionally. Extremely cliquish all the way from staff through partner.

Pros

My work/life balance is excellent, if you are willing there is a ton of learning, Senior staff to Partners are usually all very willing to teach patiently, the CEOs and top management is awesome, they are extremely visible and approachable

Cons

Super slow periods for some staff members, not enough overall exposure to other industry, came to a less large firm so I would not be pigeon holed, they haven't realized they are a large company yet,
