Pros
Everyone I work with is really nice. The firm offers lots of PTO and paid holidays, which gives you some nice breaks. They are also very flexible about where you work, which allows you to travel and visit friends and family while still getting work done if that is something you would like to do. However, the office is beautiful if you are someone who likes to go into the office.
Cons
It can take a little longer to get things sorted out since it is a bigger firm and there are more steps for things to go through as far as certain IT problems or access to some programs, etc. They also like you to work 60 hours a week during busy season, which can be stressful.
