Pros

Everyone is so nice is not a cliche at Cohnreznick. All the Managers want to help you and help your career. I am all remote, and the flexibility is excellent. You will work more or less time, depending on your workload. Cohnreznick pay and benefits are great, even compared to the Big 4.

Cons

With any remote job, it can be hard to know precisely what Managers and Partners are thinking due to the lack of facetime.

Pros

1. Amazing people working together. They are very supportive and want you to understand what you are doing. 2. Optional WFH. The firm does not require you to come to the office every day. 3. Strong interpersonal relationships with coworkers and clients.

Cons

1. It is always better to get paid more no matter where you work (ex. 401K, bonus) 2. Onboarding program can be a little confusing for new hires.
