Don't Believe Them!

Pros

Are there any? I guess I got a raise when I left my old firm. Not worth it...

Cons

They were recruiting me like crazy and I should have known better... They are desperate for people and my workload shows it. I'm working more hours here than I ever have. There is so much pressure on budgets too that I don't even feel comfortable entering in all of my hours. I thought working remote would be better but it just adds more stress and they don't know how to manage it.

Pros

CohnReznick has a dynamic industry list, so you’re almost guaranteed to have a strong background in tax and accounting while working there

Cons

Long billable hour expectations with difficult scheduling, although they are working to improve it. Not a clear track to promotion, varied on coach Bonuses and raises are okay
