I love working at CohnReznick. My colleagues are smart, driven, and really believe in helping each other and pushing for excellence every single day. The benefits, leadership, and resources are all fantastic. I had a great experience on-boarding and felt like I had everything I needed to succeed in my first two weeks at the firm. My manager is hands-on but not a micromanager, and I am given the autonomy and confidence to do my job independently while also having a group of colleagues I can always reach out to with questions. I also like that when you start at CohnReznick, you get assigned a "CR Friend" as well as a Performance Coach. There are loads of self-paced online trainings to continue your professional development, and CohnReznick is really invested in its people and helping everyone grow in their careers. We are not treated as commodities or non-fudgible tokens and it rocks. It is also the most inclusive place I have ever worked, very LGBTQIA+ and disability friendly (I affiliate as both someone with a disability and someone who is bisexual), there are strong and active committees for both populations that plan thoughtful events and fireside chats. Plus, there is fantastic work-life balance for an accounting firm, including two extra paid weeks off every year, the week of the fourth of July and the week of Thanksgiving.
