- friendly and helpful coworkers - opportunity for growth, plenty of industries to try out and a clear path for promotions - wide variety of clients and industries, including the emerging cannabis industry

Cons

- less industry recognition than big 4 accounting firms - starting compensation is a little below competitors, but not by much - busy season is 55+ hours per week, but that comes with the industry
