      Pros

      Great company environment. Good incentives and pay. The benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      No room for growth in certain positions. If management would actually take the time to listen to their employees instead of playing childish games the world would be a better place. Management seem to have their favorites and if you are not one of their favorites they can make it very hard and uncomfortable to work there.

      Flexible work hours, as long as you work 37.50/week during off season. Team bonding events and outings.

      Cons

      Not a variety of work, mostly rental real estate and low income housing.

      Work is not too difficult but client experience is not what was promised. Some of the staff is good but under challenged.

      Cons

      Leaders are more impressed with themselves than they deserve to be. Staff are not so impressed with leadership.
