      Pros

      Nothing good. You can join there just for salary instead of working in non technical BPO related jons you shall work here.

      Cons

      Everything! The work atmosphere, infrastructure, facilities given to the employees. Employees welfare is not their concern. All they want is to finish off the work in given time. During busy season you may have to work for the full week without any leave. No week off nothing. I got terrible experience there.
