Terrible to it's people. Partners are not forward thinking - "what have you done for me lately" mindset.

Pros

Provided food and snacks during busy time.

Cons

Once someone high up doesn’t like you they are on a witch hunt to destroy you. Extreme hours, very competitive. People are not genuine. Flexibility is only for those they like. Pay cuts and other firm cuts.
