      Plenty of hours and work. Good work life balance for the industry.

      Cons

      Terrible management with incompetent leaders. Didn't care about employees very much and it showed.

      Unlike Big 4 Accounting Firms, I feel you get the most overall experience working here. You see a tax return from start to finish and are responsible for seeing it be e-filed.

      Busy Season Hours, but it's difficult at any firm.
