Too many to list. This company has grown WAY TOO FAST for its own good. If you enjoy not having any direction or support, constantly being talked down to by your superiors, constantly being told work life balance is important and then subsequently demonized for working from home ON SATURDAYS, or when you have serious issues to take care of at home, join this firm! You won’t have any outside life or friends and you’ll hate every minute you spend at work. At least you’ll pay a ton for health insurance though.

The firm has recently instituted a flexible work policy to allow for people to be able to balance their personal and professional responsibilities. The firm has also created Engagement Action Committees in local offices to dive deeper into the needs and challenges of each office. These committees have created action plans and work directly with office and firm leadership to put their plans into place.
