Pros

SOME of the people were great to work with. Good Partners. Wish they could get along. Good community service efforts.

Cons

So much urgency to hire, and then fire every year! Always promises to ease up for vacations for the summers after busy season, but THIS firm NEVER follows through! Bonuses are horrible- don't expect one! Firm only focuses on Affordable Housing....there was assurance that we would see more diversity in clients but haven't seen anything new happening! The office practice management department is overseen by the most incompetent buffoon, only spending money and playing with toys- desperate for popularity and highly disruptive.

Pros

Annual social events and a fair benefit package.

Cons

A young office environment often made it challenging for those in practice management. Flexibility was attempted but would most often miss the mark for those in practice management.
