-Admin team in tax was great. Always there for your to succeed. -Great events for the company -Always able to find a resource for help with any work needed -People was nice -CEO is great

Cons

-Should give their admins better pay raise -No bonuses -To much gossip regarding other employees (mostly upper management doing all the talking) -Senior managers, Partners, managers and etc, don't really care to build relationships with admin team. Even though they work closely with admins. -To many moving parts. Something is always going on (not in a good way) -Bad turn over rate

I Never Knew it Could Be Like This!

Pros

When I first interviewed with CR, it was presented as a mid-size firm with family feel culture; that drew me in. I wondered if it really would be like that, and was pleasantly surprised that it is exactly how it is. I've made lasting relationships quickly, in a completely virtual space, and have access to anyone from the top down. The emphasis placed on each professional's growth and progress is phenomenal and the multitude of various opportunities to dip into different industries keeps me engaged. I never knew it could be like this, but I love it here!

Cons

The benefits aren't the best and not having the face to face interaction because of the pandemic

Only good if you have a good team. If the managers& supervisors you work for don't want to see you succeed or advance, they will pigeon hole you and keep you from raises and promotions. A lot of "kissing up" to succeed Very sexist and racist culture.
