      Great colleagues. Very intelligent and diverse group of people across all levels of the firm. Somewhat decent pay. Pay in public accounting needs to increase across all levels.

      Cons

      Given the medium size of the firm it has been difficult to get exposure to larger, public clients. No year-end bonuses.
