Pros
Flexible PTO, good pay, depending on the location you might have some really nice helpful seniors/mangagers
Cons
They expect you to teach yourself everything. Most managers don’t give guidance or feedback on your progress until after the review period. There’s 0 trainings throughout the year in actual tax prep. They seem to forget about the staff and how this is the start to their career.
