Pros

Management and most co-workers were nice and helpful. Although this position was seasonal, it paid very well. The company provides the equipment.

Cons

There were constant meetings, some that were not necessary, along with mandatory classes you had to take that I feel seasonal workers did not need. The work itself was a bit stressful to learn if you are not an accountant or don't have accounting knowledge. Training guidelines were inconsistent based on specific documents. There was a miscommunication about the position when I first got it. Also, prepare to have your shift hours change halfway through the season and prepare to work 12-hour days.

With the Upcoming PE Deal it will impact the talents, Good Talented People with other real life priorities wont handle a Authoritarian regime like how PE works. Billable hours vs Margin doesnt go together and talent willgo
