      The people are very nice. Young environment. Not stiff

      Cons

      Work life balance is not great. Low income housing is not a fun industry.

      Pros

      The size of the company is great. The firm services many different sized clients in a multitude of different industries. In the office where I worked we had jeans days on every Friday which was really well-received. There were monthly birthday celebrations which were fun.

      Cons

      Management lacks a clear direction. Even a few years after the merger there wasn't too much consistency as a firm. The legacy Cohn and legacy Reznick employees were at odds often and couldn't work together in some cases.

      - Firm-provided parking - Growing client base - Generous paid time off

      Cons

      - Although firm pays for parking for employees with cars, it does not compensate employees who choose to take public transportation. - Very few recurring managers and seniors, which leads to a lot a burden and panic come busy season - A lot of pressure to eat hours, yet at the same time to be seen coming in early and staying late at the office. - Hours are comparable to most public accounting firms, expect to work at least 65 hours a week during busy season, which this year lasted from mid-January to nearly June. - Partners have been overheard to make extremely sexist and borderline harrassing comments
