Pros

The office was fairly spacious and conducive to work. Often there would be lunches and birthday celebrations for the employees and the end of busy season parties were always fun.

Cons

Too much emphasis is placed on billable hours and the environment is very political. Not enough support from management and HR does not help the staff. Also, the trainings were not effective. Pay is also lower than industry and they provide no contributions for 401k or retirement.

OK company where staff are treated like scrap

Pros

Seniors are willing to help.

Cons

Company culture is completely screwed up. From partners to managers, they know that public accounting has a lot of turnover so they don't really care about treating employees well and making any sort of effort to keep them at the company. Partners are rude robots who only care about numbers; absolutely no personal interaction with staff. Pay and raises are terrible.
