Great People, exciting work. The people at CR are quick to welcome you and get you involved, truly feels like you are a part of a team from day 1.
Cons
There could be more structure at the senior level - sometimes it seems like senior employees in some teams/ departments are responsible for too many things, creating bottlenecks. During busy periods this can lead to lack of communication and lack of organization for lower employees.
