Most Co-workers are hardworking, wonderful

Cons

Management doesn't listen to their people, treat their people terribly. The firm is comprised of multiple takeovers and mergers, partners not equipped to lead. One of the partners was fired from a large firm in long island for theft and was hired by CohnReznick.... how can we follow leadership?
