No advancement opprotunities, company doesn't do a good job at training employees. Change in leadership direction is very common here.

Company culture is amazing. I’ve never worked for a company that kept you informed the way they did. The pay was great, the work was great.

Cons

Having to travel pretty far when you had things to do in your personal life. But they were very accommodating.
