Pros

Working for them as a field service technician was a pleasurable experience. You are able to somewhat set your own schedule and you get plenty of windshield time.

Cons

My area was between two other zones and it was absorbed by more senior technicians when we lost a large account in Florida, which resulted in my layoff. Other than that it was a great company to work for.

It's rarely boring as you're on the road a lot and you encounter a number of different issues with machines that can occur with the machines.

Cons

Management was terrible, especially at the executive level as they are not the ones on the road doing the leg work, yet they believe they know how to make things run smoother.
