Pros

Great co-workers. Lots of interesting problems to solve. Convenient location. Casual work environment. Lots of overlap with Redbox and the Chicago team. Employee benefit package was pretty good. Offices are very nice. Great CEO who replaced a not so great CEO.

Cons

Highly politically charged environment. Huge disconnect between management and the employees. Lots of dissatisfied employees. Very stressful place to be on a day to day basis.
