We are happy that you are on the team and sorry to hear you aren’t satisfied with our retirement plan. Our employee’s compensation is very important to us and we go to great measures to ensure we offer competitive wages and benefits. If you contribute 5% of your income we will contribute an additional 4% that vests immediately. We don’t offer stock, but since we are a private company we felt making every employee eligible for at least a 5% annual bonus was a better incentive.
