Trying to do the right thing Good Salary and Benefits Good extra perks like Free Redbox movies, Movie Screenings, Mariner Baseball game, etc

Cons

Stuck in current process which makes it hard to make improvement Legacy Systems are so intertwined that no one really wants to take the time and spend the money to really fix the issues

Relaxed atmosphere, very accomodating regarding time off. Very bright, young staff in general. Willng to try new ideas. Very fast paced with regard to new innovations and software updates.

Cons

Innovations and software updates not always thought through. Encountered numerous bugs and flaws that weren't corrected until discovered in the field applications. Upper management tended to have attitiude of "we know everything" just do your job. As sense of arrogance.
