Pros

This place offers a slightly flexible schedule and is accommodating of people with families, etc. Don't worry, though, because they'll pay you less because of it.

Cons

This company does not spend money. They use dated technology. They have no idea how to support brokers for success. There's no where to move up. No one to talk to about issues or even just suggestions about how to get things done. Even if you do somehow break through to make suggestions, no one wants to spend money to get the job done. To add insult to injury, this is an 'old boys club' to the extreme.

Committed to great marketing using cutting edge technology which sets our clients listings apart from competitors. Worldwide name brand recognition. The corporate structure supports agents and provides opportunities for growth.

Cons

Some clients prefer the smaller, local boutique real estate firms as opposed to a brand name. However, Coldwell Banker's size allows agents to provide valuable resources to clients and customers for a reasonable price.

The company offers fantastic training for its new agents at Coldwell Banker University, an intensive training course that truly prepares new agents for the real world or real estate. In addition, experience agents can also take advantage of the many tools that the company offers to build their business.

Cons

Commission splits are not as generous as some other companies offer, but what you get in tools and support makes it worthwhile.
