The schedule was not terrible.
Cons
Sexism, harassment (from the owner, who also encourages others to do the same) , no training, no guidance, no feedback (only finger-pointing), no other point of view on any subject is valid other than his, rudeness towards every single person, low paycheck... All very well disguised at first, with politicaly correct speaches.
