Excellent exposure to a range of clientele, from average to high-needs. Great experience towards getting your licensure.

Cons

High pressure to meet productivity, limited salary. It does not seem they are interested in creating an environment for experienced counselors to flourish. People typically leave right after licensure for better pay.
