Great Pay. Good Hike. Good People to work with. Work Life Balance Work From Home. If your are in SAP, then you will have a great time here, since all of the SAP Domains are used in Colgate.

Cons

Politics in Senior Management...Which is almost everywhere... Other wise no such BIG Cons..

Maybe it takes a lot of time to move up the ladder because of the intention of people to keep working at colgate.
