Pros
- Great dental insurance (there are 2 options: basic is free & the next level up is about $8 to $10 per month (allowed me to get 2 mouth guards for free which is apparently expensive to get) ) - This is truly a global company & you will have the chance to work with people from all around the globe - You really have access to senior and upper management - People are great at helping you learn more about their role if interested - Great health insurance
Cons
- Work can be redundant, but only if you let it be - 2-3 days in office - Seems you have to be with the "in" crowd in order to advance your career; you have to network, which isn't great if you don't like to network
