Pros

Various perks provided i.e. medical assistance,affordable transport and meal, hybrid work culture is quite well except few departments

Cons

Pay scale and growth in some of the departments are really low, however other departments have really amazing pay and growth opportunities

Processes to be streamlined. We just need a "system" in place for things to fall into place. With synergy, there'll be betterments.
