-strong comp and benefits -strong brand names and reputation -strong internal promotion culture

Cons

-dramatically understaffed and middle management and upper management is unwilling to listen to employees. -work life balance is the worse I’ve experienced -lack of innovation on brands -pretty old school culture -only 15 days PTO unless you’ve been at Colgate for 10+ years
