Pros
Have had a good experience at Colgate Palmolive. They have a really good culture, I had a few family emergencies and they have always respected me taking holidays to attend to urgent matters. Quite helpful that way. Just bad during go-lives, you may have to work weekends but it's still paid so it helps a little.
Cons
Depending on the kind of manager you have, you'll have a good/bad experience. Some managers are really understanding and supportive, others might not support you when needed and play blame games. But overall company culture is quite good.
