      Colgate apart from the Australian stream is a great company. Stay away from Villawood.

      Villawood gone down the drain after the Plant manager started . Bullying is the new norm .villawood is dying slowly .

      Colgate Palmolive has a great work culture and it's very likely to work there with co-operative peers and it also provides learning opportunity on various tools and technologies through several projects. It provides hybrid model of work which is helpful at times of travelling home , people can work from their base location at the time of work from home. It provides good work life balance

      Cons

      It's very hard to identify any downsides of this organization. In terms of living in Mumbai the pay package could have been increased more.
