Cons
Pay is average for the industry, which means low for NYC. A BM salary in Cincinnati goes a lot further than in NYC. The culture is also very specific and not for everyone: tons of presentations, meetings, alignment, consensus building. If you like to make fast, sweeping decisions, this is not the place to do so.
