      Analytically grounded, well resourced and stock performing well.

      Cons

      Risk adverse but with a stated desire for change. Trying to drive change from the middle management (not working) vs driving change from the top. Hasn’t changed any of the top C-suite or President leadership who aggressively state that they want those reporting to them to own and drive change, but stops/stalls it when they don’t understand so it’s tough to move at the speed of culture.

      Cons

      No job advancement, favoritism, they want you to be half dead to be out of work. The lady that's over FMLA gives you a hard time even though you have an excuse from your doctor. Harassment
