There's nothing wrong and no negativity

After Covid resume everything, too stress, over workloads, meeting always changes in last minutes then I need to change everything and waste time to follow up other participants availability, not proactive. New bosses are too demanding, other people from US team esp. US Team admins too much rely on Asia supports and not work independently without basic sense of work, everything ask Asia team checking. And I don't feel respectful when people asking me to do something without basic manner. So politics, team leader likes to promote same nationality staffs that he likes.
