Amazing company that deeply cares about its people, it’s customers, and all the consumers who use Colgate products. They have a true vision and purpose for trying to improve the daily lives of all consumers through health and happiness. Relatively competitive pay with tremendous benefits.
Cons
No real cons, like most large and mature CPG companies Colgate is always trying to evolve and adapt in order to compete in every corner of the world - sometimes the speed of change can seem slow but they have done an excellent job in moving quickly towards digital transformation!
