      Too many to name: - Everyone manages up, no one manages down - Management is often confused - If you are in a wrong hierarchy you will never advance - Marketing over science

      Big on promoting within Alot of diversity

      Mandatory 3 days in office, they even track your card swipes Favoritism Benefits are outdated and 401k sucks No company stock options Very old school, meaning we are not a flat company at all. No work life balance, if you aren't staying after hours for work events they hold it against you
